Production Planner/Product Manager

We are hiring a detail oriented and experienced Production Planner/Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate with be responsible for coordinating and planning the production schedule to ensure the timely delivery of our plant products. This role requires strong organizational skills, a good understanding of plant production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. 

This job will require working on-site at two locations - Redmond & Snohomish. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Walk our grow site weekly and update inventory & availability. 
• Review sales & create bi-weekly orders to send ready plants from grow site to wholesale facility. 
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure profit margin and sell-through goals are met. 
• Product data management
• Act as a liaison between grow site and wholesale location
• Work with the sales, ops, and purchasing teams at wholesale locations to ensure production is providing the best quality and service possible. 

EDUCATION, SKILL, EXPERIENCE: 

• Industry experience & plant knowledge required
• Bilingual, with proficiency in both English and Spanish required
• Excellent attention to detail and well versed in data analytics required
• Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and the Microsoft Office Suite required
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills required
• Certified in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies a plus

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:

The compensation range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 annually based on experience and skillset.
