Sales Representative - Seattle/Tacoma Area

For someone who thrives on relationships and knows how to grow sales — this is the role.

This outside sales role is all about trust, relationships, and results. Based in the Seattle metro area, you'll spend 4 days a week visiting customers, 1 day working from our Snohomish greenhouse. Ideal for a driven, retail-savvy salesperson who cares about doing great work and growing strong partnerships.

You’ll succeed in this role if you are:

• Passionate about creating personal connections and building strong relationships through in-person interactions.

• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented

• Motivated by growth, both personally and professionally, with a focus on driving business success.

• Experienced in retail or wholesale sales 

It helps if you also:

• Know the houseplant or  horticultural industry

• Have established customer relationships within the territory

• Feel at ease in fast-changing, less-structured environments
